Curated Music.

I love sharing musical discoveries. There is so much amazing music, I have a difficult time knowing where to start. But it’s always fun for me when someone recommends something. I’ve gone down lots of great listening paths this way.

Ibrahim Maalouf.

My first share is this French-Lebanese trumpeter. He creates an enticing and exciting cultural mix of music. Blending sounds from his Lebanese roots with Cuban grooves and some amazing musicians, including Roberto Fonseca, Alfredo Rodriguez, and Harold López-Nussa. There’s even a cameo speech by Obama. I’m sure you’re going to find much joy and happiness in listening to this album.
